The inception of BantaCom dates back to the summer of 2020, when owner Scott Banta was approached to provide assistance to a student housing property in Monroe, LA, specifically with the setup of their Key-Server and the commissioning of locks to integrate with the new programming. This initial project paved the way for subsequent requests from senior living facilities and other multi-family properties seeking similar services. As the company expanded its offerings to include lock hardware installation prior to commissioning, Scott brought on board a certified installer. This strategic move marked the beginning of BantaCom's rapid growth, culminating in the establishment of BantaCom Security Solutions, which currently employs a diverse team of professionals, including programmers, installers, and administrative staff. Notably, the secretary, Flo, while not renowned for her note-taking abilities, consistently extends a warm welcome to visitors.
