Daniel spent over 27 years in quality control, overseeing the final quality of various projects in multiple states.  He spent 7 years in Special Education before bringing his knowledge of quality control and software set up to BantaCom.  He has been married for over 30 years to his wife,  Amy, and they have 3 children and 2 grandchildren.
